Seller did not advise in description that GOTY code was already redeemed, making this purchase of "GOTY" edition useless, no different than the standard edition. Tried to initiate a return and seller insinuated it was my fault for buying online and that codes are ALWAYS redeemed. Only accepted my return when I advised I would contact ebay directly. Return processed eventually, but the seller's attitude before was certainly not expected or welcome.

This Buyer would have lost the eBay Case if they opened one for this Game. When you purchase USED Media, specifically Video Games you have to always expect that the Codes are going to be redeemed. Has the buyer never purchased from Gamestop before? I have 100's of Games listed Online it would be impossible to check every Game. Why didn't this buyer just message me beforehand and ask me to check if the Code was redeemed? That immediately would have stopped this entire scenario from happening.
